The person I spoke to was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me giving me various options. She answered all my questions which gave me a lot of reassurance. I understand that they will send the things express deliver in a few days and that I need to reorder 2 weeks before my next deliver. Thanks for all her help. Every time I've rung Clinidirect, whoever I've spoken to has been absolutely the best! Helpful, professional, knowledgeable, polite, friendly, I just can't say enough about the staff. I have especially appreciated this over the past few months during my husband's illness.Very many other companies could learn a lot from Clinidirect, thank you First order arrived within 2 days. help with website login was speedy and very helpful. There was a delay caused by my doctor’s surgery, The staff went out of their way to solve the problem and make sure it doesn't happen again. Outstanding service. Very grateful to them. First class service today as I needed leg bags urgently for my father. Arranged shipment and resolved reordering issue with his GP. Kept me informed and called to confirm delivery tomorrow. Well done. As I had little information from the hospital, I was extremely grateful for the help and advice given by your member of staff. Basically, I was running out of products and was very concerned regarding a supply. I was listened to and reassured that all my requirements would be met.
