Holidays
Taking time out from work is proven to have all sorts of health and wellbeing benefits. We offer our employees 26 days annual leave, rising to 28 days after 2 years’ service and 29 days after 5 years’ service; plus the normal bank and public holidays.
Birthdays
Celebrate on us and have an extra day off each year for your birthday! You can add this onto your annual leave allowance and either take time off on your birthday or at any time during the year.
Volunteer Day
We love it when our employees do charitable work and we give everyone a day’s paid leave per year to undertake voluntary service.
