The company also offers a portfolio of bandages and garments for the treatment of wounds and chronic skin conditions. Employing over 500 people in the UK, China and India, Clinisupplies supplies its products to the NHS and delivers direct to patients’ homes through Clinidirect, its dispensing appliance contractor.
Clinisupplies is focused on developing products which are simple and discreet to use. Its product development team works with clinicians and patients to develop a strong product pipeline to be manufactured at its CE, ISO, US FDA approved facilities.
Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to manage expense booking and statutory compliance activities. The role involves overseeing credit card and cash payment bookings, administering the expense booking portal, and supporting India statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and e-invoicing. You will play a key part in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions across finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Accounts Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Independently managing all expense bookings related to credit card and cash transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Administering the SAP Concur expense portal – handling employee information updates (creation, deletion, modifications) and providing support for expense booking queries.
- Assisting in the management of the HSBC credit card portal.
- Distributing monthly credit card statements and expense summaries to employees, ensuring timely communication.
- Assisting in processing e-invoicing for India.
- Supporting preparation and filing of GST returns.
- Supporting preparation and filing of TDS returns.
- Assisting with other India statutory compliance requirements.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Education: CA or Post-Graduate qualification.
- Experience: 5–6 years of work experience in expense booking and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of journal posting and expense posting.
- Good understanding of VAT/GST and TDS.
- Proficiency in SAP, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Effective communication skills with ability to multitask and adapt quickly.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and flexible attitude.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
