Helpful professional manner in dealing with my first order over the phone, arranged all my order requirements efficiently. This is my first experience with Clinidirect and i am very pleased with the standard of service.

I recently ran out of supplies, the address on the packaging used by our own District Nurses was Clinidirect, I gave them a ring, the lady operator was so kind and assured me that it wasn,t a problem, she told me an emergency package would arrive next day by private postage 1st class (which it did) the remainder of supplies arrive 2 days later delivered by courier, this lady was so professional and kind I forgot to "Thank Her Personally" So Happy to be able to use Clinidirect   Great company and really lovey service always go above and beyond what would be expected to help customers.

My family had been trying to follow up on a prescription for catheter bags for some weeks and we could not organise a delivery, in spite of phoning the surgery, and pharmacy. We phoned the Clinidirect number on the catheter box in desperation, and the whole thing was sorted within minutes. This was such a relief to us all

The person I spoke to was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me giving me various options. She answered all my questions which gave me a lot of reassurance. I understand that they will send the things express deliver in a few days and that I need to reorder 2 weeks before my next deliver. Thanks for all her help. Well done. As I had little information from the hospital, I was extremely grateful for the help and advice given by your member of staff. Basically, I was running out of products and was very concerned regarding a supply. I was listened to and reassured that all my requirements would be met.
