A Prosys® Catheter Valve is designed to give you more control over bladder drainage. It allows urine to be stored in the bladder and emptied at suitable intervals, offering an alternative to continuous drainage into a leg bag.

For some people, a catheter valve can be used instead of a leg bag. Your healthcare professional will be able to advise whether a catheter valve is suitable for your individual needs.

The valve can be opened when you need to empty your bladder, allowing urine to drain directly into a toilet. Follow the advice and instructions provided by your healthcare professional.

Prosys® Catheter Valves are designed for use for up to 7 days. Always follow the advice of your healthcare professional regarding replacements and ongoing catheter care.
