Stefan has over 20 years’ experience leading commercial organisations across the UK and Europe. He has held various leadership positions across sales, marketing and market access. Stefan started his career at 3M where he worked across the industrial, consumer and healthcare sectors. Most recently he was the Country Manager of the UK and Ireland subsidiary of Urgo Medical.

Stefan has a passion for the medical device sector and the difference it can make to people’s lives. He is focused on building strong teams and a performance culture based on a winning mindset. Stefan is married to Holly and has two children, Betty and Dotty. His weekends are filled with family activities and sport, where he enjoys playing golf and cricket.
